Return and Refund Policy

Standard Policy:

  • Returns and refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging, including all accessories listed in the user manual.
  • No returns/refunds for items missing parts, showing signs of tampering, or having warranty/security seals broken.
  • Returns won’t be accepted if the product works as described in the user manual/catalog.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Items returned with signs of use/excessive use (reported within 2 working days).
  • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or having broken seals (not due to seller error).
  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not return items to the manufacturer without prior confirmation from the seller.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 5–10 working days, depending on the location.

International Shipping: Delivery within 3–15 working days, depending on the location.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company for further details on processing time.
  • If still unresolved, email us at support@aqamun.in.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only.

  • To request an exchange, email us at support@aqamun.in and send the item to our Noida office.

Gifts

If marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.

Returning Items

  • Ship returns to our Noida office.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For high-value returns, consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Water Ionizers and Hydrogen Machines:
These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced on-site at the company's discretion.
